At Poss & Soss, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Any items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@possandsoss.com.
You’ll have the option to return your item for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Change of Mind, Incorrect Size or Incorrect Item Purchases
For change of mind returns, or if you’ve ordered the wrong size or item, we offer store credit only.
Your store credit will be issued as a gift card for the value of the returned items, which you can use on future purchases from our website.
Please note:
- Items must be returned in the same condition you received them.
- All original packaging and tags must still be intact.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Returned items must be free from stains, marks, and odours.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your gift card for the cost of the items.
As a small business, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is at the cost of the purchaser; this includes both Australia and international orders.

All items purchased at a reduced or sale price, as well as gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or incorrect sizes.
